Commitment

We promise to do our best to process and ship your NOLOGO studio product at rocket speed! There is usually a 24-hours processing time. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped. Along with your confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number by SMS and at your customer email address.

Shipping Prices

All prices are excl. VAT & duty fees.

Shipment

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility in Zurich, Switzerland. Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Timelines start from ship date. Please allow at least  24h for your order to be processed. The shipment can sometimes be delayed by customs in your respective country and we cannot always assure a swift delivery.  Here is a timeline of when you can expect your NOLOGO studio product:
  • Switzerland:
    • 3-6 business days
  • Europe (EU)
    • 4-8 business days (GLS Parcels)
  • Rest of the world
    • 4-8 business days (DHL Express)
Custom charges Europe (EU):
  • Orders sent to European Union countries have customs and duty charges covered by NOLOGOstudio. However, you may be charged with VAT costs based on the VAT rate applied by your country.
Rest of the world:
  • Due to administrative reasons, shipping costs do not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred upon shipment to countries outside of Switzerland and EU.

Returns

Return policy

We want you to love your NOLOGO studio product as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. We will accept a return on NOLOGO studio items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. The original labels need to be included.

Return costs

The items return at the expense and risk of the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement. The costs for the return shipment must be carried by the customer.

Returning products

Please contact us at mail@nologo-studio.com. Your item will be refunded only under the following conditions: items need to be in perfect condition, unworn and in its original packaging to ensure it is reusable. We kindly ask you to contact us prior to returning your NOLOGO studio product. No refund will be made without prior contact. Returns must be sent to:

The shipping cost is carried by the customer. When shipping your product back, you must send it as a RETURN parcel and stick your invoice to the package to avoid customs costs. As our returns policy stipulates that the return postage costs are the full duty of the customer, this includes any custom fees incurred in the postage of the returned parcel. Those fees will be deducted from the refund.

Unreceived refund

Please make sure you check your bank account for the refund before getting in touch with NOLOGO studio. If your refund has not reached your account, please contact us at mail@nologo-studio.com and we will be happy to help you.
